Callie is passionate about purpose-led business and inspiring organizational change, especially related to diversity, inclusion and sustainability.
Callie is a Senior Inclusion and Belonging Specialist at The Trade Desk, a global AdTech company and media buying platform committed to protecting the open internet. Based in London, Callie leads The Trade Desk’s Inclusion efforts across the EMEA region and is also helping to build and execute a new global Inclusion & Belonging strategy for the business.
Before joining The Trade Desk, Callie was a Senior Manager of Diversity & Inclusion at The B Team, a global non-profit that works to advance sustainable business practices. At The B Team, Callie managed and developed private sector events and thought leadership activity, forged close links with CEOs and Heads of D&I, developed industry-leading tools, and supported business leaders in their internal and external diversity & inclusion efforts.
Prior to The B Team, Callie worked as a Program Officer at The Moore Charitable Foundation in New York City, where she spearheaded environmental and community grant making.
Callie has an undergraduate degree from Columbia in Women's Studies and a Master's Degree from London School of Economics in Gender and International Development. Outside of work Callie loves to read (usually fiction), cook, make art, try new restaurants, run and do yoga.
