Philip Duffield, Vice President, UK of The Trade Desk.

Phil is a high-energy leader with over 14 years experience within the media and ad technology space. He is experienced in programmatic platforms and strategy, leading multi-unit regions with up to 15 locations. He excels in, international expansion, sales and revenue growth, financial management and driving operational excellence. As well as champions a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
 

Lou Nylander, Founder of Wildflowers of London.

Lou has over 16 years of experience holding down influential positions, managing global marketing teams and shaping the course of some of the world's leading digital advertising companies, including PubMatic, MediaCom, AOL/ The Huffington Post and Zenith.
Before launching her marketing consultancy, Lou was the Global Marketing Director at Unruly and managed the marketing operation during the 2020 acquisition from News Corp to Tremor International.
Five years ago, Lou founded 'Wildflowers of London'- Women's Circle, a social enterprise and events business focused on empowering women in South East London, where she resides. She fosters an inclusive culture across everything she does champions women, drives change, and leads from the front with a positive and inspiring attitude.
 

Anne Marie K. (Chin-coo-hey-reh) is Associate Trading Director at The Trade Desk, where she upskills brand media teams in strategic programmatic planning and trading best practices. Her goal is to help brands achieve the best media value with long term strategic growth, while increasing their knowledge and adoption of programmatic. Since joining The Trade Desk in 2017, Anne Marie has led trading teams across the WPP portfolio and in-house brand clients. In 2022, she transitioned into an individual contributor role for in-house brand clients. She is a passionate advocate for product improvements and client-side requirements. Anne Marie has over a decade of experience in digital advertising operations and client services, starting brand-direct and moving to the supply side at AOL and Collective Media before joining The Trade Desk.
 

Shez Iqbal! -Director of Publisher Partnerships, Northern Europe

With almost 20 years of industry experience, he has held various leadership roles across adtech and publisher organisations, including Outbrain, Sublime, News UK and the Guardian. Shez is also a mentor at Media For All and Co-Leads the Criteo BIPOC ERG Globally.
